I love design, I follow new trends all the time, new ideas for improving the space we live in. Therefore, if I have the opportunity and chance to realize a photo session of an apartment, building or other, external space I always gladly do such projects.
I work with hotel and restaurant managers, architects and interior designers as well as house and apartment owners who are interested in the best possible presentation of their spaces.
Real estate photography is not only about nice interiors, it’s also about showing functionality, atmosphere and living space for the future owner or client. I create visions, which help to stimulate the imagination of the client. I often create photos of details just to show of how much the space was designed and thought out. Interior or architecture photography is to present the final effect of a long process of creation by the designer and then the work of contractors who did their best to make the technical drawing become a living space.
The opportunity to capture new solutions, colors, structures and their combinations gives me great joy. I observe, analyze and look for such ways to enable the client to see in the best possible way what was intended by the interior designer or architect. Creating photos in beautiful spaces is a pure delight for me.
Interior photography sessions are a long process of preparing all the elements, particular plans, details and what can be only a background. Each piece is important, the smallest element creates a composition and gives the final effect. My photo sessions in interiors are not only about taking pictures but also about using my long experience in working with architects and interior designers. It is a skill of presenting the atmosphere, emotions and surroundings. I choose accessories in home staging sessions, work with the designer or owner to develop the best image of the property so when the photos are taken, the offer gains value.
The light and the time of the day are also important in real estate sessions. It is often a long process of showing all aspects of location, surroundings and how it affects the interior. Currently, in real estate photography I also use a drone to show additional perspective that we are not able to observe while standing in front of the building or inside it. This is a very interesting tool in the work of interior and property photographer, additionally giving the possibility of geodetic dimensioning of space.
